I've also spoken to Colin who's approved the Risk Assessment form for the project without alteration, again pleasing!
With regards to Fridays 'Mock Build' workshop Colin has mentioned we might be able to start as early as 13:00 (instead of 14:00) which gives us some extra breathing space. I'll see if anyone in the group wants to start earlier..
