Day 76 Monday 19th March 2012 Fashion Constructed Image Pitch

 Monday 19th March 2012 Fashion Constructed Image Pitch.

With so much good work ploughed into this project by the team recently I felt the pitch was worthy of a meeting of it's own. With the Time Machine tutorial overrunning we decided to eat then hold the meeting after that. As usual all the members of the team made themselves available and we then proceeded to thrash out the presentation and running order.

Work continues on the details and we fitted a trip to B&Q to look at cost and availability of materials.

I've completed the first draft of the Risk Assessment and added it to the drop box and to the blog (see Below). I have e-mailed to Colin as required;

"Colin,

Please find attached first draft of team ones Risk Assessment.

I have dated it to start from the Friday 20th April as I understand we may be able to bring some of the materials into the studio on that date (the Risk Assessment covers the manual handling of materials). We have discussed this with Jonathan and of course this would only be with your agreement, the date is therefore only on the form to cover us should we be fortunate enough to take advantage of this logistical advantage (and is not a typo).

I have mentioned the use of either a legally de-activated or replica firearm (to be used as a prop), as I am the legal owner of such items and will be supplying it/them for the project.
Can you advise on the procedure for ensuring we follow any UCA guidelines on such props in relation to this project and the department?
I am a member of a military vehicle preservation society and therefore able to own and use said items under the regulations laid out under the VCR act.

Many thanks in advance
Regards Martin Wilby"
