Spent a good chunk of the day on the essay and probably wrote too much but I'd rather have to slim down an essay than pad it out! I'll continue to slog on with this as long as it takes to get it done as soon as possible now. I need to get it done and then review everything together to see if I'm happy with everything.

I've been doing lots of background work on the essay on and off over the whole Christmas break.
Selecting at least 10 images each from three artists. I'll thin this down to maybe 6-7 images in total as per the notes we got.

Spent some time today reviewing my Salvation army scans, and with the kind help of a friend several were cleaned up in Photoshop (thank you Jenna for removing the dust via Photoshop), so that I can send the scans to those who so kindly sat for me (along with some prints as soon as I am able to complete them). I'll now mail these electronically to Andria at the Salvation Army.
